Summerlin Entrada Apartments

Its not a bad complex; but i wouldnt recommend it. Everything just hasnt been right. From the way they just sprayed the apartment with paint, there is no security the gate is either always open or your FOB doesnt work. The apartments have a "Luxury" on the sign, thats a straight lie. Nothing in these apartments are modern. The area is decent and management is decent but like i said, it isnt right how they portray the complex vs how it is. Theres a reason theyre so cheap. Its not a bad place to live, but you wont be wowed. You are getting a basic apartment thats all 6 months later and I wish I could give them 0/5 stars. If you like your water being shut off for emergency repairs every single week live here. If you want random homeless people walking through your parking live here. If you want neighbors who assault and batter other neighbors live here. Summerlin Entrada is HORRIBLE

My experience thus far until I signed my new lease for the third year where the rent was raised the whole $100 has been terrible when it comes to maintenance request if I pay a whole extra another $100 I expect my needs to be met not to mention the trash area looks like a damn dump on my single side one bedroom what is going on the stairs are no longer swept or kept clean I don't even never hear that dang on Gardener anymore what's going on raise the rent and neglect the tenants or the beauty of the property come on get it together

Living at Summerlin Entrada has been [and continues to be] what I desired when I retired. It's the best place for me to be. The location is central to everything one could possibly need and want. It's just a few minutes to downtown, and only a few more minutes to the Strip. Shopping, groceries, restaurants, and banks are all within just a mile of the property. Why live anywhere else? I've been a tenant for nearly three months and have found the location convenient to everything, including US95. Nearly all merchants and essential services are within two to three miles which is exceptional. So far, the a/c has worked well and I'm pleased with the reasonable utility costs'. The staff is professional and highly responsive to requests for assistance which speaks highly of the company and community. I am pleased to be a part of the Summerlin Entrada community and look forward to a productive year. Well, it's been 8 months now that I've been a resident of the Summerlin Entrada Community and I have no complaints and only good things to say about the community manager and her staff, as well as the maintenance staff. To date, I've received courteous and prompt service, so much so, that I'm renewing my lease when the time comes. Living here is convenient to everything that I need and the office holds my packages and deliveries for pickup seven days a week. The maintenance staff, especially Marty and Eric, do a superb job in responding to requests for service in addition to preventive maintenance and safety checks. Having lived in other apartment complexes, this is the first one that takes safety seriously and confirms same with regular checks and inspections. I'm happy as a resident and gladly recommend Summerlin Entrada for those considering apartment rental. Summerlin Entrada is the place to live. It's surrounded by all the major retail shops and services one could want or need. As well, it is located just a few blocks from the Northwest medical district and Mountain View hospital. Convenient to I-95 which provides speedy access to all parts of the Las Vegas valley. Quiet neighborhood with a dog park across the street. Convenient. Affordable. Secure. Living at Summerlin Entrada has been both pleasant and convenient. Nearly all national and neighborhood merchants and food outlets are within a mile or two, and the northwest medical district and MountainView hospital is within a mile of Summerlin Entrada. Access to Interstate 95 is just around the corner which connects to all the amenities of the Las Vegas valley including downtown and the Strip. So Convenient. Add two elementary schools and a dog park across the street, assures convenience, safety and peace of mind. I could not have selected a more convenient location to enjoy what the Las Vegas valley has to offer. You won't regret living at Summerlin Entrada! I am going on near five years at Summerlin Entrada and have found the location to be convenient to everything and everyone I need. With medical services just blocks away and every imaginable vendor and food location within blocks. With I-95 just around the corner, access to all parts of the Las Vegas valley is easy and quick. The staff is responsive to tenants needs' and very professional. I'm glad I chose Summerlin Entrada and encourage others seeking a safe, clean and secure residential experience to look no further. I've been a resident at Summerlin Entrada going on 6+ years, and in all that time, I've only experienced professional and timely service. I thought about purchasing a home, but the staff at Summerlin Entrada has confirmed that renting can be worry-free and comfortable--no maintenance headaches. At 68 years young, I'm glad I'm here and am pleased to be a resident in this wonderful community.
